Impulse is pleased to annouce the new MIL-STD 810G wide temperature range of rugged embedded PCs from Perfectron
The Perfectron SR range of MIL-STD 810G compliant fanless systems are the perfect solution for military, transportation, factory automation and digital signage applications. They feature rugged by design internal components and completely passive cooling to maximise reliability for operation in harsh conditions.

The SR series can be operated at full CPU speed over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. Furthermore, the SR100 can be optionally integrated with the Perfectron storage extension module, the SK401. The SR200 supports 4 display ports which can be combined with the Perfectron Nvidia graphics card module, the SK210. The SR700 features M12 type connectors and carries an IP65 rating for protection against dirt, dust and water.

Effective cooling solution for maximum heat dissipation

Perfectron implements unique cooling solutions with a copper heat spreader, pure copper heat pipe and aluminium heat sink for maximum heat dissipation. The aluminium heat sink enclosure allows dual-sided heat dissipation. When the copper heat spreader touches the heat source, the processor and chipset absorbs the heat rapidly, the heat then transfers to the heat pipe.

This is a two-phase heat transfer that involves a liquid-vapour phase change of working fluid and the aluminium heat sink then dissipates the heat into the surrounding air. With the benefits of fanless design, the SR series can ensure high reliability and stability while working under wide range temperature from -40°C up to +70°C.

SR100 MIL-STD-810G rugged wide temp. embedded PC for military applications

The SR100 can operate effectively in harsh environments under a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C and is a perfect solution for military, transportation and heavy factory automation applications. The SR100 is based on EBX form factor which features stackable PCIe/104 and FPE expansion slots, an on-board Nano 64GB SATA3.0 SSD and 8GB of Swissbit XR-DIMM memory.

It also supports triple-display, two DisplayPort and one DVI-I port, two GigaLAN ports,  four USB ports, one COM port and two mPCIe expansion slots (one with mSATA). The SR100 also supports a wide power input range from 9 to 36V DC.

The SR200 can operate effectively in harsh environments under a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C and is a perfect solution for military, transportation and heavy factory automation applications. The SR200 is based on EBX form factor which features stackable PCIe/104 and FPE expansion slots, an on-board Nano 64GB SATA3.0 SSD and 8GB of Swissbit XR-DIMM memory.

It features an embedded NVIDIA GPU GT730M and supports four independant DisplayPorts, two GigaLAN ports,  four USB 3.0 ports, one COM port and two mPCIe expansion slots (one with mSATA). The SR200 also supports a wide power input range from 9 to 36V DC.

SR700 MIL-STD-810G rugged wide temp. IP65 embedded PC with M12 connectors for military applications

 The SR700 can operate effectively in harsh environments under a wide temperature range from -40°C to 70°C and is a perfect solution for military, transportation and heavy factory automation applications. The SR700 is fully IP65 rated and comes equipped with M12 connectors. It is based on EBX form factor which features stackable PCIe/104 and FPE expansion slots, an on-board Nano 64GB SATA3.0 SSD and 8GB of Swissbit XR-DIMM memory.

It also supports one VGA port, two GigaLAN ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one COM port and two mPCIe expansion slots (one with mSATA). The SR700 also supports a wide power input range from 9 to 36V DC.

F1 MIL-STD-810G rugged wide temp. COTS PCIe/104 expandable PC for military applications

The Perfectron F1 series is a rugged COTS computer based on a dual core high performance 3rd generation Ivy Bridge Intel Core-i7 processor.

Stackable PCIe/ 104 bus architecture supports add-on high speed I/O expansion.  The F1 series is designed for deployment in military applications, for Multiple PCI express mini card I/O slots and stackable PCIe 104 bus architecture.
