B+B SmartWorx SmartFlex industrial LTE routers are designed for tough environmental conditions at -40°C to 75°C operating temperature range (-20°C to 60°C LTE450 module). These routers feature an extremely powerful Cortex A8 CPU at 1.0GHz, 256MB flash memory, 512MB RAM, and 128KB M-RAM, providing full support for LTE speeds and applications. The SmartFlex LTE routers support real-time data encryption and the creation of VPN tunnels using IPsec, OpenVPN, and L2TP to ensure safe communication. The additional functions supported are DHCP, NAT, NAT-T, DynDNS, NTP, VRRP, control by SMS, and primary connection backups with softwares like SmartCluster VPN Server and R-SeeNet. These routers accept 10VDC to 60VDC input voltage range and are equipped with sleep mode for reducing electrical consumption.
The SmartFlex routers offer automatic wireless failover for wired networks, wireless connectivity for devices in remote locations where cable connections are impractical. The routers provide secure internet connectivity for devices and LANs via the cellular networks with up to 50Mbit/s upload speeds and up to 100Mbps download speeds. Typical applications include specialized Machine To Machine (M2M) devices, industrial IoT, LAN networks, Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), and other self-service terminals.
