The SSH0822-E is an 8" stretch high brightness LED-backlit, ultra-wide open frame LCD display which is designed to operate in extreme ambient conditions, out-performing ordinary LCD displays in the same environment.The SSH0822-E has a 250cd/m high brightness display with a special aspect ratio of 16:5 and ultra-wide resolution of 1024 x 324 making it ideal for digital signage and public transportation applications.It comes with an A/D controller board offering VGA and DVI-D interfaces for connecting to a PC or digital signage system, its sister product the SSF0822-E comes with a direct LVDS interface.
