Key Account Manager - Computing

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Key Account Manager specialising in Computing to manage and grow existing key customer accounts and negotiate the best commercial terms for Impulse and our clients with suppliers and strategic partners.

The environment is fast paced, and you will be working to realistic targets. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and reporting skills as well as experience of developing your account base using a strategic solution selling approach to sell computer and networking hardware, and SaaS solutions.

The ideal candidate for the Key Account Sales – Computing position will have proven experience or qualifications in areas such as embedded computing, HPC, artificial intelligence, computer vision or industrial automation. It is essential that you also have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a STEM sales role.

Key Account Manager - Networking

Internal Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Account Manager to manage incoming sales enquiries, follow up quotations and help grow and develop customer relationships.

Working closely with our Technical and Sales teams, you will report to the Sales Director to d
evelop commercial opportunities at all times through cross and up-selling, actively build and develop relationships with new and existing customers, work to monthly activity and sales targets and maintain sales administration functions and processes within our CRM system.

      You will have strong commercial acumen and previous experience working in either a B2C or B2B sales or customer service environment.

Working as a part of a small team, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, including a personable telephone manner, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Ideally you will be looking to develop your career in a progressive technology business.  A level of technical computing, networking and comms knowledge is essential.
