RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded uses an internal RMA system.

Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods providing the original invoice number and date of purchase.

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed in the original packaging with outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or the original packaging. Impulse Embedded may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number or in the original packaging.

Impulse Embedded will only return goods to the delivery address on the original order.

Returns and refunds

Unopened, non-faulty goods ordered in error will only be accepted for return within 14 days of receipt and at the discretion of Impulse Embedded Limited. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum of £50 (ex. VAT)).

Faulty goods in warranty will be replaced or repaired at Impulse Embedded's discretion.
