CE

RoHS

This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

UL

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is an independent product safety certification organisation based in the United States. UL develops standards for products, materials, components, assemblies, tool and equipment, mainly dealing with product safety.

Fanless

These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.

e-Mark Certified

The e-Mark is a widely recognised standard in the automotive industry covering the safety requirements of automotive vehicles and their components across Europe. These products are e13 certified and have been designed for the transportation and road vehicle industry.

FCC Approved

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.

Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in wide temperature environments. They are capable of running as low as -20C and as high as +70C.

The TREK-570 is a compact and economical vehicle-grade, Intel Atom E3826 SOC empowered computing box mainly designed for the fleet management market. It can work in extreme environments with features such as wide operating temperature (-30°C to +70°C) and anti-shock/vibration to pass MIL-STD-810G and 5M3 standards.

It's special power protection (ISO 7637-2/SAE J1455 Class A/ SAE J1113) and intelligent vehicle power management (Ignition delay on/off, low battery monitor), prevents abnormal electrical noise and surges from impacting the system, guarding against damage from transient car power.

The TREK-570 comes with variety of I/O connectors and can be connected to devices like TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems), rear view camera (for parking monitoring) and CANBus devices. It has dual CANBus ports and supports several kind of vehicle protocols (J1939, OBD-II/ISO 15765) for vehicle diagnostics and driver behavior management.

The built-in wireless communications (WWAN, WLAN, Bluetooth) enable the TREK-570 to send important driver/vehicle/location/cargo information back to the control centre. Furthermore, the TREK-570 also supports dual display/dual audio interfaces with different resolutions and can deliver different applications to different displays; eg: one application to a fleet driver and another to passenger for IVI and digital signage applications.
