These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.

Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in wide temperature environments. They are capable of running as low as -20C and as high as +70C.

GENE-5315 Rev. B overview


The GENE-5315 3.5" single board computer adopts the low power, fanless AMD Geode LX800 500MHz processor along with system memory  up to 1GB.

In addition, the on-board Realtek RTL8139DL chipset supports two 10/100Base-TX Ethernet ports allowing networking connectivity. Additional I/O includes four USB 2.0 ports, IDE support, four serial ports and a parallel port, on-board audio is also available.
Graphics support is also flexible via on-board VGA and LCD connectors including 24-bit LVDS support. The GENE-5315 also applies a Type III MiniPCI socket and PC/104 socket for expansion options.
