Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in wide temperature environments. They are capable of running as low as -20C and as high as +70C.

Wide Voltage

These devices and systems have been designed to accept a wide voltage DC power input. This feature is desirable in the industrial market where a fixed voltage level or mains AC power cannot be guaranteed.

VESA

VESA is a mounting standard for displays and systems and consists of four screws arranged in a square with the horizontal and vertical distance between the screw centres.

Fanless

These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.

PoE

This device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) which describes any of several standardised or ad-hoc systems which pass electrical power along with data on Ethernet cabling.

RoHS

This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

CE

CE is a mandatory standard for products on the market in the European Economic Area. By CE marking a product, the manufacturer ensures that the item meets the essential safety requirements set out in the applicable CE directive.

FCC Approved

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.

Introducing the powerful machine vision controller, the Nuvis-5306RT. It integrates every function required for machine vision applications in a compact footprint, including exceptional computing power, built-in camera interfaces and real-time vision-specific I/O control.

To ensure high quality images, a Machine Vision system requires accurate interaction between lighting, camera, actuator and sensor devices. The Nuvis-5306RT integrates an LED lighting controller, camera trigger, encoder input, PWM output and digital I/O, to connect and control all the vision devices. All the vision-specific I/O are managed by Neousys’ patented MCU-based architecture and DTIO/OpenMCU firmware to guarantee microsecond-scale real-time I/O control.

Computing power is another crucial requirement for a vision system. In addition to the remarkable performance brought by its Intel 6th Gen Core i7/i5 CPU, the Nuvis-5306RT can further accommodate an nVidia GeForce GTX 950/1050 GPU to leverage a CPU-accelerated vision library or deep-learning vision software.

Combining built-in PoE+ and USB3.0 interfaces and the expandability for CameraLink and CoaXPress, the Nuvis-5306RT is the ideal platform for demanding machine vision applications.
