Craig Stone, joined Impulse
Embedded back in 2010 and brings a wealth of experience to the business, having held management roles in both the retail and technology sectors. Now as one of the owners of the business, he works together with our Board of Directors to define the company strategies for investment and business growth.
Background
Having gained a 1st class bachelor degree in Computing Scence from Staffordshire University, Craig's career has seen him employed in technology companies in both the UK and Germany. Prior to joining Impulse, he spent seven years working in a senior management positions for a leading UK software development company. Since joining Impulse he has held the roles of Marketing Manager and General Manager, before taking on his current position as Commercial Director back in 2014.
Typical areas of responsibility
Craig oversees all commercial operations for the company, collaborating and coordinating diverse teams to support our customers, meet our goals and objectives and drive business growth. He works closely with each department across a number of areas including:
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies to support our customer projects
- Assisting in contract creation and negotiation
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and supply chain and technology partners
- Supporting marketing activities
- Legal
- Financial
- HR
Outside of Impulse
Craig has a passion for motorcycles, so if the weather is good you will normally find him out riding his prized possession, his BMW cafe racer.
