Over the years Rob has spent time building relationships with our manufacturing partners to ensure we continue to offer new technologies that will benefit our customers in the industrial market.

Chris Durose
Senior Technical Manager
With over 20 years at Impulse, there isn't much Chris doesn't know about our industry and products, so if you need technical support for your project, you will probably speak to him at some point. He supports all technical aspects of the business and offers pre-sales and post-sales advice to our customers. Chris is also on hand to help our sales and marketing teams with technical queries. Operational Support

The people behind the scenes
Jim Goetzee
Operations Director
Jim brings nearly 20 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, operations and management to an already extremely strong team. His role is to oversee the admin, purchasing, engineering and logistics departments as well as supporting the sales and accounts teams. Over the years Jim has built solid relationships with all of our partners and suppliers, continuing to be the first port of call for many of the import/export channels.
Liz Hill
Finance Manager
If you work in an accounts role you’ve probably spoken to Liz at some point. Managing the company’s accounts and finance department, she makes sure that invoices both in and out get paid in a timely manner. A few years ago Liz caught the cruise bug but she always makes sure the biscuit jar is topped up before she goes.
Lynne Massey
Marketing Executive
As well as being the Impulse brand advocate, and managing all of our social media platforms Lynne helps to define the marketing strategy alongside our Sales Director. She works closely with our partners on product campaigns and events to create awareness of the latest technologies. Graduating with a first class degree in marketing, Lynne gets to put her passion to good use by creating exciting content for our customers to read.
Stuart Watson
Senior Buyer
As our Senior Buyer, Stuart is responsible for all of the daily purchasing requirements of the business. Speaking regularly with our key suppliers, he's built up a good relationship with them, which is of course useful when negotiating pricing to help keep down the overall costs to our customers; he also works closely with our supply chain and logistics team to minimise shipping and delivery lead times. Outside of the office, Stuart is a keen mountain biker.
Luke Hissey
Software Developer
Luke is our internal Software Developer, responsible for developing new and existing internal software platforms, including administration systems, internal operational software, and reporting. Even though Luke doesn't have a customer facing role, all of the work he does in the 'back office' is geared towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
Zoe Barcroft
Administration Assistant
Zoe's role as Administration Assistant sees her working closely with our sales, operations and accounts teams. As part of our paperless office ethos, Zoe is also responsible for managing many of our document scanning and storage processes. She regularly speaks to our customers to make sure we have all the necessary information to get everything initially set up on our systems and provide ongoing support for each of our customers.

Managing Director
Craig brings over 20 years' industrial computing knowledge to Impulse, providing high-level support for our diverse customer base. From regulating financial & management stability to defining the overall business strategy and leading company growth plans, Craig's role as Managing Director is to ensure that all business activities are strategically linked to and driven by industry demands.
Craig Stone
Commercial Director
Craig's role as Commercial Director is to support our customers, suppliers and partners whilst also helping to define our strategy for business growth. Whether it’s working directly with our customers on their latest projects, supporting our sales team with customer contracts, discussing new technology with our partners or helping to devise marketing campaigns with the marketing team, one thing is guaranteed - his days are always varied.
