Process FMEA

We use Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) as a proactive tool to find any potential process errors before launching projects into the business. Actions are implemented to prevent the identified failures from occurring, thereby assuring a high level of process quality.

Quality Control Plan

We recognise the benefit of documented Quality Control Plans to define the key characteristics and requirements of a product and / or project. Monitoring and Inspection requirements are defined and agreed with all stakeholders.

We utilise a number of recognised Quality Tools & Techniques such as:

-Right First Time Analysis (Workshop)
-8D Problem Solving Methodology
-Parts Per Million Analysis
-Operational Area 5S (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize and Sustain)
