The ARK-10 is an ultra-compact fanless embedded computer based on the latest Intel Celeron J1900 2.0GHz SoC processor. With 2GB DDR3L memory and 500GB HDD built-in, the ARK-10 is ideal for a wide range of embedded automation and signage applications. As standard, the ARK-10 features two gigabit Ethernet ports, two configurable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, two USB2.0 ports and a single USB3.0 port. For added expandability the ARK-10 also comes with two mini PCI-Express expansion slots for added WiFi and 3G connectivity. Impulse can supply the ARK-10 fully configured with your choice of Microsoft Windows embedded operating systems and accessories. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
