As it's name suggests, the EMB-APL1 utilises the latest generation of Intel’s SoC Celeron processors that are geared specifically towards mobile devices. In addition to enhancements brought on by the new chips, which include improved power consumption, thermals and performance, the board itself carries a number of features to aid its designed purpose for digital signage, ATM, and POS applications. Firstly, its power requirement is compliant to the industrial standard of 12V to 24V DC. It sports a low profile design that aims to minimise the room required for a chassis. Graphically, the board is capable of triple display from HDMI, VGA, LVDS, and eDP options, which, when used individually, outputs 4K (HDMI/eDP), and 2K (LVDS/VGA) resolutions. The board also carries a total of seven USB ports (two USB3.0, five USB2.0), along with M.2 and PCIe[x1] slots for all of your expansion needs. Impulse can supply the EMB-APL1 industrial mini-ITX motherboard fully configured in our UK engineering facility with your choice of memory, storage and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
