The ITA-1711 embedded PC platform is designed especially for automatic fare collection and other transportation applications, reflected in its rich choice of I/O and expansion options. As standard, the ITA-1711 comes with 10x RS-232/422/485 serial ports with automatic flow control (up to 14x ports with additional optional RS-232) and 6x USB ports. Furthermore, the ITA-1711 also comes with 24/48-bit GPIO, which enables easy integration with ticket, money and card interfaces. The ITA-1711 is designed with a fanless Intel Celeron J1900 embedded processor which is Quad-core and has a clock speed of 2.0GHz. In addition the ITA-1711 comes with 4GB of on-board DDR3 memory as standard with optional support up to 8GB. Impulse can supply the ITA-1711 embedded PC fully configured in our UK based engineering facility with your choice of storage, memory and Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
