The EDS-G4014 Series is a compact 14-port managed Ethernet switch with 8x Gigabit copper ports and 6x fibre uplinks, including four 100/1000/2500Base SFP and two 1000/2500Base SFP slots. With 2.5 Gbps fibre support, the series delivers higher backbone bandwidth for video, monitoring, and industrial data systems.
Designed for secure and resilient operation, the EDS-G4014 is developed in accordance with IEC 62443-4-1 and certified to IEC 62443-4-2 industrial cybersecurity standards, encompassing both product security and secure development lifecycle processes. Integrated features include IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, HTTPS, SSH, SNMPv3, MAC locking, and broadcast storm protection.
Resiliency is provided by Moxa’s Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain with recovery <50 ms for 250 switches, along with RSTP/STP, link aggregation, and dual-homing. VLANs, QoS, IGMP snooping/querier, and multicast filtering provide predictable traffic management.
Models support either redundant dual LV (12/24/48 VDC) inputs or a single HV (110/220 VDC/VAC) supply, depending on configuration. Standard models operate from -10 to 60°C, while -T variants extend to -40 to 75°C.
DIN-rail or wall mounting in a compact IP40 housing makes installation flexible, even in tight spaces. With increased backbone bandwidth, embedded cybersecurity, and resilient redundancy, the EDS-G4014 Series is an excellent choice for ITS, DCS, process monitoring, and other high-availability industrial networks.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
