The GOT810-316 is a rugged, full IP66 and IP69K rated 10.4" XGA panel PC from leading panel designer Axiomtek. Featuring the Intel Celeron N3350 embedded processor. The waterproof design of the GOT810-316 means that it comes with dust-tight IP66-rated M12 connectors for USB, Ethernet and serial connectivity, protecting the system from water and dust ingress as well as improving the system’s overall vibration and shock tolerance. Additionally, the GOT810-316 is IP69K compliant ensuring the ability to resist ingress from a high temperature, high pressure wash down making it ideal for food preparation applications.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
