The ITA-2231 is an energy-efficient fanless 2U rack-mount automation system design for wayside traffic management applications. According to UK rail standards, the ITA-2231 complies with the BS EN 50121-4 standard for EMS compatibility. The ITA-2231 features a 6th Gen. Core i7-6822EQ 2.0GHz processor from Intel, 16GB of 2133MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM memory, up to two 2.5" HDD/SSD's and an M.2 mSATA slot.

The unique design of the ITA-2231 rail computer enables the user to pick and choose their choice of expansion through a series of ITA-EM modules. ITA-EM options include additional Gigabit Ethernet, isolated RS-232/422/485 serial ports and CAN modules.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
