The ITA-2231 is an energy-efficient, fanless 2U rack-mount automation system designed for wayside traffic management and other rail infrastructure applications. Engineered to meet UK rail standards, the system is compliant with BS EN 50121-4 for electromagnetic compatibility in railway environments.

Powered by a 6th Gen Intel Core i7-6822EQ 2.0GHz processor and equipped with 16GB of 2133MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM memory, the ITA-2231 supports up to two 2.5" HDD/SSD drives, along with an M.2 mSATA slot for flexible storage configurations.

The ITA-2231 features a modular design that supports a range of ITA-EM expansion modules, enabling users to tailor the system to specific I/O requirements. Available expansion options include additional Gigabit Ethernet ports, isolated RS-232/422/485 serial ports and CAN bus interfaces.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
