The SOM304RD-PI is a flexible system-on-module board powered by energy efficient DM&P Vortex86DX system-on-chip. Its energy efficient and fanless design ensures the board only needs 2.5W of power and can run off a single 5V DC feed.

As standard, the SOM304RD-PI is ISA and PCI bus compliant and can support up to four USB2.0 ports, four RS-232 ports, two 16-bit GPIO ports, an IDE port, and a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port. The board manufacturer, Icop, owns the designs of both the SoM and processor ensuring extended lifetime availability and strict revision control.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
