The eBOX626-842-FL is the latest fanless rugged embedded computer from Axiomtek. with a wide 10V to 34V DC power input range, the eBOX626-842-FL can be fitted in a wide range of industrial applications where varying power voltages are inherent. Powering the eBOX626-842-FL is the Intel Celeron J1900 2.0GHz embedded processor, capable of running multiple applications at the same time without demanding huge amounts of power. As standard, the eBOX626-842-FL comes with two RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 serial ports, four USB2.0 ports, and space to fit a single 2.5” SATA hard drive. Impulse can supply the eBOX626-842-FL fully configured with your choice of storage, memory and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility. The initial step in this transformation was to add additional monitoring and measurements to several areas of their facility to allow the collection of usage data from older machinery for analysis. The machinery to be analysed would be located in many areas of the complex, with some sitting in concrete outbuildings far from the source of the main network.
