The Advantech MIO-2363 is a compact Pico-ITX single-board computer designed for embedded and industrial applications that require high performance, low power consumption, and rugged reliability. Based on the Intel Atom x6000E “Elkhart Lake” processors, with options up to x6425E (4 cores, 3.0GHz, 12W TDP), it integrates onboard LPDDR4x memory up to 8GB and eMMC storage up to 128GB for a slim, all-in-one solution.
The board supports dual simultaneous displays via LVDS and HDMI up to 4K, and features dual GbE LAN (Intel i210) with TSN support, 2x USB 3.2, 2x RS-232/422/485 serial ports, I2C, and CANBus for flexible connectivity. Expansion is enabled by M.2 E-Key (Wi-Fi/BT) and M.2 B-Key (SATA storage or optional PCIe/RS-232).
Designed for resilience, the MIO-2363 runs from a 12–24V broad DC input, includes a watchdog timer, TPM 2.0, and Advantech iManager 3.0 for intelligent monitoring and fan control, and supports WISE-DeviceOn and Edge AI Suite for remote device management.
With an extended operating temperature of -40°C to 85°C, 3.5Grms vibration resistance, and CE/FCC Class B EMC certification, the MIO-2363 is ready for deployment in industrial automation, IoT gateways, transport, energy, and edge AI systems.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
