The Neousys Nuvo-11000 Series is a rugged fanless embedded computer powered by Intel Core Ultra 200 Series processors, offering up to 24 cores, integrated AI acceleration, and support for up to 96GB of DDR5-6400 memory. Designed for high-performance industrial applications, it delivers a 1.2× CPU performance boost and up to 36 TOPS of AI capability.
With up to six 2.5GbE ports plus a Gigabit Ethernet port (with optional PoE+), an optional 10GbE port, and up to eight USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, the Nuvo-11000 excels in connectivity for automation, machine vision, and data-intensive workloads. It features a PCIe Gen5 NVMe slot for ultra-fast storage, isolated digital I/O, and versatile expansion via an add-on card, Cassette, MezIO interface, and mini-PCIe slots.
Built to operate from -25°C to 70°C with 8V to 48V DC input, and meeting MIL-STD-810H vibration/shock standards, the Nuvo-11000 is engineered for reliability in demanding environments such as manufacturing, transport, and AI-driven edge deployments.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
