The AAEON RICO-3399 is a fanless Pico-ITX board built on the Rockchip RK3399 processor, combining a dual-core Cortex-A72 (1.8GHz) and a quad-core Cortex-A53 (1.4GHz) with Mali-T864 graphics. It supports 4K display via HDMI 2.0 and eDP, onboard 16GB eMMC with microSD expansion, and 2GB or 4GB LPDDR3 memory options.
Connectivity includes Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C OTG, USB 3.2/USB 2.0 Type-A, and pin header USB 2.0. Developers benefit from RS-232/422/485 + RS-232, 8-bit GPIO, mini-PCIe with SIM slot for 3G/4G modules, and optional Wi-Fi 802.11ac / Bluetooth 4.2.
With Android 8.1 and Debian 10 support, low power draw (0.6A @ 12V), and fanless operation from 0°C to 60°C, the RICO-3399 is designed for digital signage, kiosks, IoT gateways, and compact industrial edge systems.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
