CE

DIN-rail mountable

These devices have been designed to be mounted directly on to an industry standard DIN-rail.

Fanless

These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.

FCC Approved

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.

PoE

This device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) which describes any of several standardised or ad-hoc systems which pass electrical power along with data on Ethernet cabling.

RoHS

This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in wide temperature environments. They are capable of running as low as -20C and as high as +70C.

Wide Voltage

These devices and systems have been designed to accept a wide voltage DC power input. This feature is desirable in the industrial market where a fixed voltage level or mains AC power cannot be guaranteed.

The Nuvis-534RT ultra-compact vision control PC from Neousys is powered by the AMD Ryzen Embedded V1807B 4-core/ 8-thread 3.35GHz processor. It provides exceptional performance equivalent to mainstream desktop CPUs whilst retaining a compact 82mm x 118mm x 176mm footprint.  Further processing power is available from the on-board VEGA CPU with 11 compute units capability.

The Nuvis-534RT comes with integrated camera interfaces, vision-specific I/O and real-time control for demanding machine vision applications.  These capabilities include constant-current lighting controllers to directly drive LED lights, an isolated 12V trigger output to activate cameras along with an encoder input for acquiring positioning data. It also as a range of isolated digital I/O for connecting to sensors and actuators.  All of the vision oriented I/O can be managed by Neousys' patended DTIO V2 or NuMCU technology to guarantee real-time trigger/response in micro-second scale.

As with all our embedded computing range, Impulse can fully configure the Nuvis-534RT to your exact requirements in our UK engineering facility including your choice of memory, storage and Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. Furthermore, Impulse also offers a wide range of Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) switches and PoE enabled cameras.
