The EKI-1528CI-DR DIN-rail serial device server from Advantech is equipped with 2 x 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports to ensure LAN redundancy. It supports various operation modes including COM port redirection (Virtual COM), TCP, and UDP. It can handle baud rates up to 921.6 kbps and allows up to 5 hosts to access a single serial port or up to 16 hosts in TCP client mode. Enhanced with built-in 15 KV ESD protection and robust surge protection (4 KV line to line, 8 KV line to ground), the device ensures reliable operation. Configuration is versatile, offering multiple methods such as Windows utility, Telnet console, and web browser. It is compatible with a wide range of operating systems including 32-bit/64-bit Windows from 2000 to 8.1, Windows Server editions, Windows CE 5.0, and Linux, and features automatic RS-485 data flow control.

Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
