The Advantech EKI-2725F Series provides compact, robust Gigabit Ethernet connectivity designed for industrial networks requiring both copper and fibre connections. Equipped with 4x 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports and 1x 100/1000 Mbps SFP slot, these unmanaged switches offer flexible integration into existing systems and future-ready support for fibre-optic expansion.
Supporting jumbo frames up to 9 KB, the EKI-2725F Series ensures efficient transmission of large data packets for applications such as video surveillance, control networks, and machine vision. To increase system resilience, dual redundant 12–48 VDC power inputs are included, along with an alarm relay output for power or port failures. Built-in protection against reverse polarity and overload current adds further reliability in mission-critical deployments.
The slim IP30-rated metal housing enables installation in confined control cabinets while providing resistance to dust and mechanical stress. DIN-rail and wall-mount options ensure flexible deployment, and LED indicators make network status visible at a glance, simplifying diagnostics.
The EKI-2725F operates at standard temperatures from 0°C to +60°C, while the EKI-2725FI variant extends operation across a wide -40°C to +75°C range, making the series suitable for outdoor or harsh industrial environments.
With high MTBF, CE/FCC/UL certifications, and proven ruggedness, the EKI-2725F Series is a cost-effective solution for reliable Gigabit industrial Ethernet.
