The Advantech EKI-2725FI-AE is a wide-temperature Gigabit unmanaged switch engineered for challenging industrial environments. Featuring 4x 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports and 1x 100/1000 Mbps SFP slot, it combines high-speed copper connectivity with flexible fibre expansion for long-distance data transmission.
This switch supports jumbo frames up to 9 KB, allowing for efficient handling of large data packets required in video surveillance, automation, and monitoring systems. Its dual redundant 12–48 VDC power inputs and integrated alarm relay output enhance system reliability by ensuring continuous operation and alerting users to power or port failures. Reverse polarity and overload current protection further secure stable performance.
Built into a compact IP30-rated metal enclosure, the EKI-2725FI-AE is resistant to dust and designed for DIN-rail or wall-mounted installation in industrial panels. Front-facing LED indicators make it easy to check power status and port activity during operation and troubleshooting.
Unlike the standard model, the EKI-2725FI-AE supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +75°C, making it suitable for deployment in harsh outdoor, transport, or heavy industrial environments where extreme conditions are common.
With industrial certifications, high MTBF, and rugged construction, the EKI-2725FI-AE provides reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity where it is needed most.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
