The ICO500-518 is a modular, expandable embedded PC based on the latest Intel Core (Kaby Lake-U) processor family. With its rugged and modular enclosure allowing for expansion for I/O, comms and fieldbus, the ICO500-518 is ideal for a range of edge computing and industrial applications. The ICO500-518 utilises a proprietary range of PIM plug-in I/O modules to extend the base unit's I/O capability. These modules include expansion for isolated serial ports, isolated CANBus, digital I/O and Gigabit Ethernet ports, enabling the ICO500-518 to be used in a vast array of applications and industries. Impulse can supply the ICO500-518 fully configured in our UK-based engineering facility with your choice of memory, storage and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
