The Axiomtek IPC960-525 series is a rugged fanless industrial system designed for demanding factory automation, machine control and industrial edge computing applications. Supporting 9th and 8th generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 or Celeron processors up to 65 W with the Intel H310 chipset, it delivers powerful performance for real-time data processing, SCADA, machine vision and high-speed data logging in 24/7 environments.
Built in a compact aluminium extrusion and heavy-duty steel chassis, the IPC960-525 operates from -10 °C to +60 °C with 24 V DC input and integrated over-voltage, over-current and reverse protection, making it ideal for control cabinets, production lines and test benches. CE/FCC certifications and fanless design help ensure silent, reliable operation in dusty or vibration-prone locations. The mechanical drawings on page 3 highlight its small 83.5 x 192 x 230 mm footprint, simplifying installation in space-constrained panels.
Front-access I/O, clearly shown in the front-view diagram on page 1, includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, one RS-232/422/485 port, four USB 3.2 Gen 1, two USB 2.0, VGA and HDMI for dual independent displays, audio line-out, remote power switch and AT/ATX mode selector. This makes the IPC960-525 a flexible industrial PC for multi-screen HMIs, production dashboards and maintenance terminals.
Two swappable 2.5" HDD/SSD bays provide easy, secure storage for databases and high-volume logs, while a full-size PCI Express Mini Card slot, SIM slot and internal USB port support wireless modules and licence keys. TPM 2.0 enhances platform security, and support for Windows 10, Windows 11 and Linux offers integration flexibility. With optional wall-mount and DIN-rail kits, the IPC960-525 series is a versatile, future-ready box PC for smart manufacturing and industrial IoT projects.
