The IPC960A fanless embedded box PC from Axiomtek is a robust industrial computer powered by Intel's 14th, 13th, or 12th Gen Core i9/i7/i5/i3 processors, paired with the Intel® H610E chipset. Designed for heavy-duty industrial environments, it meets EN 61000-6-2 standards, ensuring high immunity and long product life. The system is highly adaptable, supporting AI, vision inspection, object classification, and factory automation applications. With an optional I/O expansion module slot, the IPC960A offers various I/O module options, including the MIO530, which features M.2 Key E and M.2 Key B slots for 5G module support. It operates in challenging environments with a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and accepts a wide range of power inputs, from 18 to 36 VDC. Additionally, it supports TPM 2.0 for enhanced data security. Available fully configured from Impulse, the IPC960A can be tailored to your specifications, including processor, storage, memory, and operating system preferences.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
