The Nuvo-9000 Series from Neousys is a powerful and versatile range of rugged embedded PCs designed for industrial edge computing applications. Built on the latest Intel® 14th, 13th, and 12th Gen Core™ processors (Alder Lake/Raptor Lake), the series offers up to 24 cores / 32 threads and significant performance gains thanks to support for DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage.
Each model in the Nuvo-9000 range is built around a fanless, wide-temperature design (-25°C to 70°C), ensuring reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. With up to 6x 2.5GbE/GbE LAN ports, USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C, triple display output, and support for 9.5KB jumbo frames and PoE+, the series is ideal for machine vision, AI inference, and control applications.
The Nuvo-9000 Series also includes Neousys’ patented expansion Cassette architecture, allowing the integration of PCIe or PCI add-on cards depending on the model:
Additional modular expansion is possible via the MezIO® interface, M.2 and mini-PCIe slots, offering further flexibility for custom I/O, COM, DIO, CAN, or ignition control. Impulse can supply any Nuvo-9000 Series system fully configured in our UK-based engineering facility, with industrial-grade Intel® processors, memory, storage, expansion cards, and a choice of Linux or Windows Embedded operating systems – ready for deployment.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

Wireless Solution Saves Time and Reduces Overheads for OT Machinery Monitoring Project
Our customer was looking for ways to improve efficiency and reliability, and reduce operation costs and overheads for their manufacturing facility. The initial step in this transformation was to add additional monitoring and measurements to several areas of their facility to allow the collection of usage data from older machinery for analysis. The machinery to be analysed would be located in many areas of the complex, with some sitting in concrete outbuildings far from the source of the main network.
