The Nuvo-9100VTC from Neousys is their most recent rugged in-vehicle controller, using Intel's 13th/12th-Gen Core processors and featuring advanced Intel 7 photolithography technology. It includes an impressive 24 cores and 32 threads that deliver a significant increase in computational performance, plus DDR5 memory bandwidth and high-speed disk read/write capabilities of PCIe Gen4 NVMe, these desktop processors achieve an overall system performance enhancement of up to 1.8 times compared to previous 10th or 11th-Gen platforms.

The Nuvo-9100VTC has both 2.5Gb and 1Gb Ethernet ports and four or eight 802.3at PoE+ ports to supply 25W of power to connected devices, such as IP cameras, for flexible support of its peripherals and connections. The system also features x-coded M12 connectors and screw-lock mechanisms for computer I/Os like Gigabit Ethernet, USB3.2 Gen1, and USB3.2 Gen2, ensuring rugged connectivity even in shock and vibration-prone environments. Modern in-vehicle applications demand wireless connectivity, and this system accommodates two M.2 and three mini-PCIe sockets, allowing the addition of corresponding wireless modules for 5G/4G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and CAN communication.

Neousys' Nuvo-9100VTC also includes an isolated CAN bus for in-vehicle communication, isolated DIO for sensor and actuator control, a wide-ranging 8V to 48V DC input with ignition power control and has E-Mark certification.
