The PICO-V2K4 Pico-ITX Single Board Computer built by Aaeon Technology and is built around the AMD Ryzen Embedded V2000 series processor including the 8 core 16 thread Ryzen V2718 processor. The board supports up to 32GB LPDDR4x onboard memory, and delivers exceptional processing and multitasking capabilities. Featuring dual Ethernet ports (1x 2.5GbE and 1x 1GbE), dual HDMI outputs, and a Type-C port for DisplayPort. Additional display options include LVDS/eDP. For expansion, the board provides an M.2 2280 M key slot (PCIe x4 Gen3/SATA) and a full-size mPCIe/mSATA slot. I/O includes USB 3.2 Gen 2 (x2), USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C (x1), USB 2.0 (x4), and four RS-232/422/485 ports, making it versatile for industrial, IoT, and multimedia applications.

Impulse can supply the PICO-V2K4 single board computer fully configured in our UK based engineering facility with industrial-grade memory, storage and a Linux or Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. We can also integrate the PICO-V2K4 in to an embedded chassis for a fully deployable compact industrial PC and also pair it up to a flat panel display and touch screen of your choice for OEM and machine builder applications.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
