The ultra-compact embedded POC-700-FT PC from Neousys, part of the POC-700 series, features a unique flattop heatsink design that enhances heat dissipation, ideal for sealed enclosures with limited airflow. It has an Intel Core i3-N305 or Atom x7425E processor, both optimized for AI tasks with Intel OpenVINO. The POC-700-FT supports DDR5 memory, NVMe storage, multiple USB and GigE PoE+ ports with secure locks, and additional connectivity options for devices like WiFi or LTE. Its compact, fanless design and rugged I/O suit demanding environments like oil, gas, and mining.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
