ASRock industrials SBC-370 Alder Lake Embedded SBC features Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake-P processors, offering excellent computing power for demanding applications. It supports up to 64GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory across two SO-DIMM slots, providing excellent multitasking and data processing capabilities. Offering extensive expansion and connectivity, the system includes PCIe x1, multiple M.2 slots (Key M, E, and B), SATA3, and a versatile array of USB ports (2x USB 3.2 Gen2x2, 3x USB 3.2 Gen2, and 2x USB 2.0). Networking is enhanced with dual Intel 2.5 Gigabit LAN ports for ultra-fast data transfer and reliable connectivity. The platform supports quad-display output via HDMI 2.0b, three DP 1.4a (two through Type-C), and LVDS or eDP, enabling high-resolution multi-monitor setups. Security is assured with onboard TPM 2.0, and it supports Intel vPro for enhanced manageability and VMD RAID 0/1 for data protection. With a flexible power input range of 12-36V DC or an optional 12V DC-only BOM, this system is ideal for industrial, embedded, and IoT applications requiring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Impulse can supply the SBC-370 fully configured in our UK-based engineering facility with industrial-grade memory, storage and a Microsoft Windows Embedded operating system. Impulse can also assist you with BIOS customisation, customised embedded OS and board-to-LCD pairing services.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
