The tBOX110 is a compact, fanless, in-vehicle embedded system designed for gateway applications in the transportation sector. Powered by the Intel Atom x5-E3940 processor, this robust device complies with ISO 7637-2 and offers reliable performance in challenging environments. with a lightweight design of 164 x 128 x 44 mm and 1.0 kg, the tBOX110 is DIN-rail and wall-mountable, ensuring easy installation in various vehicle setups.

Built for extreme conditions, it operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to +70°C (EN 50155 OT4) and boasts 3Grms vibration resistance, making it highly durable for transportation applications. The system supports a range of 9V to 36V DC power input and optional 24 to 110 VDC power input, compliant with EN 50155 standards. Smart ignition power control protects vehicle batteries by managing power on/off events, ensuring stability and safety.

The tBOX110 features up to 8GB of DDR3L-1866 memory, one internal 2.5” SATA drive, and one mSATA slot for additional storage. It is equipped with two full-size PCI Express Mini Card slots for high integration, each offering external SIM socket support. Communication interfaces include two COM ports, two CANBus ports (optional COM), and one DIO, making it versatile for transportation gateway tasks.

Certified to CE, FCC, LVD, EN 45545-2, EN 50155, and ISO 7637-2, the tBOX110 ensures compliance with stringent industry standards. Its low power consumption, compact design, and advanced features make it a reliable solution for harsh operational environments in the transportation field.
