The Advantech UNO-0137 is a compact fanless industrial PC powered by an Intel Atom E3940 with up to 8GB of DDR3L memory. Designed to robust edge coimputing, it features dual Gigbait Ethernet, dual DisplayPort,3x USB3.1 and 2x RS-232/422/485 ports as well as being DIN-rail mountable for use in a cabinet.  Built with TPM 2.0 for hardware security and ground isolation for stability, the UNO-137 meets IEC 61010-1 standards. It supports Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC, making it an ideal solution for industrial applications requiring reliable performance in limited spaces.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
