Advantech UNO-2271G V2 is a pocket-size edge IoT gateway built for space-constrained control cabinets and distributed industrial sites where reliability matters. Measuring just 100 x 70 x 30 mm in a rugged aluminium enclosure, this fanless embedded computer delivers stable operation in harsh environments, supporting -20 to 60 °C (with airflow) and IP30 protection. Powered by an Intel Celeron N6210 dual-core or Intel Pentium N6415 quad-core processor with 4 GB or 8 GB onboard DDR4 memory, it provides responsive performance for edge computing, data acquisition, and light AI workloads.
For industrial connectivity, the UNO-2271G V2 includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and an HDMI output for local display and commissioning. Built-in TPM 2.0 hardware security and a programmable watchdog timer help protect critical edge deployments and maintain uptime. Storage is streamlined with 32 GB eMMC (expandable on request) plus an mSATA option via a shared mSATA/mPCIe design.
A key advantage is modular scalability: an optional second stack can add PoE+ (power device), serial COM ports (RS-232/422/485), iDoor expansion, and M.2 connectivity for LTE, Wi-Fi, or even 5G modules with SIM support. This makes it ideal for smart factory retrofits, machine monitoring, remote asset management, intelligent building systems, and secure industrial networking at the edge.
With support for Windows 10 LTSC, Windows 11, Ubuntu 20.04 and Ubuntu Core 20, plus Azure IoT Edge and AWS IoT Greengrass certification, UNO-2271G V2 is a flexible, cloud-ready industrial IoT gateway for modern automation.
