The Axiomtek UST200-83H-FL series is a robust, ultra-compact fanless embedded system designed as an in-vehicle gateway and intelligent edge controller for buses, lorries, service vehicles and other mobile assets. Powered by an Intel Atom x5-E3930 processor, it delivers efficient performance for fleet management, telematics, data logging, remote monitoring and security applications while keeping power consumption low.
Engineered specifically for transportation environments, the UST200-83H-FL supports typical 12V and 24V DC in-vehicle power input, with smart ignition to manage timed power on/off, protect vehicle batteries and support different power modes. Wide -40°C to +70°C operating temperature, extensive power protection (over-current, over-/under-voltage and reverse polarity) and compliance with E-Mark and ISO 7637-2 automotive standards ensure reliable operation in harsh, noisy electrical conditions.
Compact yet connectivity-rich, the system offers two Gigabit LAN ports, CANBus 2.0 A/B or serial COM options, dual USB 2.0, VGA display and 8-bit programmable DIO for integration with vehicle networks, sensors and legacy equipment. Full-size and half-size PCI Express Mini Card slots with SIM support and mSATA storage make it easy to add LTE, GPS and extra storage for local data buffering and edge analytics.
Housed in an IP20-rated aluminium extrusion and heavy-duty steel chassis, the UST200-83H-FL is vibration-tested to MIL-STD-810G and can be DIN-rail or wall-mounted, making it ideal for compact control cabinets and tight cabin spaces. Support for Windows 10 64-bit and Linux gives system integrators maximum flexibility. Overall, the UST200-83H-FL is a cost-effective, reliable and scalable in-vehicle embedded PC platform for modern intelligent transportation systems and connected fleet solutions.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
