POC-351VTC - Intel Atom E3950 1.6GHz Ultra Compact Embedded PC with one Gigabit Ethernet, two Gigabit PoE+ ports, CANBus and E-Mark
CE is a mandatory standard for products on the market in the European Economic Area. By CE marking a product, the manufacturer ensures that the item meets the essential safety requirements set out in the applicable CE directive.
This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.
These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.
The e-Mark is a widely recognised standard in the automotive industry covering the safety requirements of automotive vehicles and their components across Europe. These products are e13 certified and have been designed for the transportation and road vehicle industry.
This device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) which describes any of several standardised or ad-hoc systems which pass electrical power along with data on Ethernet cabling.
These devices and systems have been designed to accept a wide voltage DC power input. This feature is desirable in the industrial market where a fixed voltage level or mains AC power cannot be guaranteed.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.
These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in wide temperature environments. They are capable of running as low as -20C and as high as +70C.

The POC-351VTC is an ultra-compact, fanless embedded in-vehicle controller powered by Intel Atom Apollo Lake E3950 quad-core processor. It combines highperformance, extraordinary reliability and affordable cost for versatile in-vehicle applications.

The POC-351VTC offers two Gigabit PoE+ ports to power devices such as IP cameras, and one additional Gigabit Ethernet port for data communication. It also features isolated CAN2.0 port and RS-232/422/485 ports for communicating with vehicle CAN bus systems, individual ECUs or other automotive devices. A wide-range DC power input and ignition power control makes the POC-351VTC fit for most vehicle applications.

Wireless and internet access is essential for modern day in-vehicle applications. The POC-351VTC has a total of four M.2/mPCIe sockets and six antenna holes to accommodate a variety of 4G, 3G, WIFI and GPS modules. An aluminum heat-spreader is thoughtfully designed to dissipate heat generated by modules to maintain superior operating stability, for the system and communication modules.
