The SSD1393-A is a 13.9" stretch high brightness LED-backlit, ultra-wide chassis LCD for wall or VESA mounting designed to operate in extreme ambient conditions, outperforming ordinary LCDs in the same environment.

The SSD1393-A has a 600cd/m high brightness display with a special aspect ratio of 16:5 and ultra-wide resolution of 1280 x 398 making it ideal for digital signage and public transportation applications.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
