The super compact VDX-6314RD 2.5" tiny module offers extended temperature specification as standard (-20C to +70C) utilising the low power Vortex86DX 800MHz processor. It's fanless design ensures the module needs under 4W of power and runs off a single 5V supply.

The VDX-6314RD comes with on-board DDR2 memory support up to 512MB and incorporates an x-ISA bus for easy board I/O expansion if required. Through the ownership of the CPU design the VDX range offers true longevity of supply and support industrial roadmaps essential in the embedded and industrial market.
