The 65M-5011M-CT-T is an ioPAC 6500 Series 65M communication module designed to add managed Ethernet switching and fibre uplink capability to modular Intelligent Integrated Node controller systems. It provides eight 10/100/1000BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and two 100/1000Base SFP slots, making it suitable for industrial applications that need both local copper Ethernet connectivity and optional fibre links for longer distance or higher immunity network connections.
As part of the ioPAC 6500 modular platform, the 65M-5011M-CT-T is intended to be installed alongside compatible backplane, power, CPU, expansion and I/O modules. This modular approach allows users to build controller systems around the exact communication and I/O requirements of the application, helping reduce unnecessary hardware while still allowing future expansion. Tool-free installation and hot-swap support are useful for maintenance teams, particularly in remote cabinets, utility sites, transport systems and industrial environments where downtime needs to be kept low.
The module provides a strong set of managed Ethernet functions. It supports VLAN tagging, IGMP snooping, IGMP querier, GMRP, GVRP, GARP, port mirroring, LLDP, DHCP server/client, SNMPv1/v2c/v3, RMON, Syslog, HTTPS, Telnet, TFTP and SFTP. Network redundancy features include STP, RSTP, Turbo Ring v2, Turbo Chain, ring coupling, dual homing and link aggregation, helping improve resilience in industrial network topologies. Security features include broadcast storm protection, rate limiting, trusted access control, static port lock, Sticky MAC, HTTPS/SSL, SSH, RADIUS, TACACS+ and login/password policy support.
The 65M-5011M-CT-T has a 16K MAC table, supports 9.216 KB jumbo frames, up to 256 VLANs and 512 IGMP groups. It also includes a reset button, RS-232 console port and USB 2.0 Type-A port for use with the ABC-02-USB backup and storage accessory. Physically, the module uses a plastic housing and measures 42 x 177 x 131.5 mm. It supports conformal coating, DIN-rail mounting and optional rack mounting. With operation from -40°C to 75°C when an SFP module is installed, plus EMC, safety, shock and vibration compliance listed in the datasheet, the 65M-5011M-CT-T is a rugged communication module for reliable industrial ioPAC 6500 network deployments.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
