The 65M-CPU14-IEC-CT-T is an ioPAC 6500 Series 65M CPU module designed for modular programmable Intelligent Integrated Node controller systems. It provides the processing and control capability required within an ioPAC 6500 configuration, supporting industrial RTU, automation, monitoring and infrastructure applications where reliable local control, protocol handling and secure connectivity are required.
This CPU module is powered by an Arm Cortex-A53 quad-core 1.6 GHz processor and runs Moxa Industrial Linux 3, based on Debian 11 with kernel 5.10. It includes 4GB DDR4 SDRAM, 512KB MRAM for logger use and 8GB preinstalled eMMC storage, with 4GB reserved for users. This hardware base makes it suitable for running control logic, local data handling, protocol services and edge applications within the wider ioPAC 6500 modular system.
The 65M-CPU14-IEC-CT-T supports IEC 61131-3 programming languages, giving automation engineers access to LD, FBD, SFC, IL and ST programming options. This helps support flexible automation design while keeping syntax and programming methods consistent across different control applications. The IINxpress IDE utility combines IEC 61131-3 programming, configuration and protocol services, helping reduce setup time and simplify engineering workflows.
For connectivity, the module provides two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) RJ45 Ethernet ports and two DB9 serial ports. The serial ports support RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485, with baud rates from 300 bps to 115200 bps, selectable parity, 7 or 8 data bits, 1 or 2 stop bits and RTS/CTS or XON/XOFF flow control. This makes the module suitable for connecting both Ethernet and serial field devices within industrial systems.
The 65M-CPU14-IEC-CT-T includes built-in security functions such as Secure Boot, password-cracking defence, intrusion detection and DoS defence. It supports conformal coating and operates from -40°C to 75°C, with proper airflow required above 65°C. The module uses a plastic housing measuring 42 x 177 x 134.8 mm, weighs 625 g and supports DIN-rail mounting or optional rack mounting. With hot-swap design, tool-free installation, shock and vibration compliance, and a 5-year warranty period listed in the datasheet, it is a strong CPU module choice for ioPAC 6500 modular control systems.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
