The 65M-PW0075-CT-T is a 75 W power module for ioPAC 6500 Series 65M modular Intelligent Integrated Node controller systems. It is designed to provide stable system and field power integration within an ioPAC 6500 configuration, supporting industrial automation, remote monitoring, utility, transport and infrastructure applications where reliable controller operation is essential.
This module is built around a separated power architecture. It provides a dedicated system power input and a separate field power input, both using screw-fastened Euroblock terminals. This separation helps distinguish the power supply used by the controller system from the field power used for I/O circuits, which can simplify cabinet design, maintenance and troubleshooting. For industrial systems with multiple field devices, this can be an important part of creating a clear and serviceable power layout.
The system power input has a nominal 24 VDC rating, with an acceptable input range from 21.6 to 26.4 VDC. It supports up to 4 A input current, 20 A maximum inrush current and a 10 A internal fuse rating. The system output is 12 VDC, with up to 6.25 A output current and 75 W maximum output power. The datasheet also lists a minimum 10 ms output hold-up time, 100 ms maximum startup delay, 15.6 VDC maximum over-voltage protection, 9 A minimum over-current protection and 87% efficiency.
The field power section also uses a nominal 24 VDC input with the same 21.6 to 26.4 VDC acceptable range. It supports up to 3 A input current, an 8 A internal fuse rating, 29 VDC maximum over-voltage protection and 5 A minimum over-current protection. The module provides 3 kVDC isolation from input to output and 3 kVDC isolation between system and field power.
Physically, the 65M-PW0075-CT-T uses a plastic housing and measures 42 x 177 x 149.4 mm. It weighs 713 g and supports DIN-rail mounting as standard, with rack mounting available using an optional kit. With conformal coating, tool-free installation, hot-swap design, -40°C to 75°C operation and proper airflow required above 65°C, the 65M-PW0075-CT-T is a rugged power module for modular ioPAC 6500 controller deployments.

Signal Interface Display simulator for testing new London Underground signalling system
London Underground signalling engineers required a number of panel PCs for temporary use as in-cab Signal Interface Displays (SIDs) in test trains, to allow the engineers to test the information being sent to the train from the new Thales computer-based signalling system.
