The ADAM-4017 is a 16-bit, 8-channel analogue input module that provides programmable input ranges on all channels. This module is a highly cost-effective solution for industrial measurement and monitoring applications. Its opto-isolated inputs provide 3000V DC of isolation between the analogue input and the module, protecting the module and peripherals from damage due to high input-line voltages. ADAM-4017 offers signal conditioning, A/D conversion, ranging and RS-485 digital communication functions. The module protects your equipment from ground loops and power surges by providing optoisolation of A/D input and transformer-based isolation up to 3000 VDC. The ADAM-4017 uses a 16-bit microprocessor-controlled sigma-delta A/D converter to convert sensor voltage or current into digital data. The digital data is then translated into engineering units. When prompted by the host computer, the module sends the data to the host through a standard RS-485 interface. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
