ADAM-4561 is a compact and DIN-rail mountable USB to serial converter which supports R-232/422/485 serial modes. The ADAM-4561 enables you to easily connect a serial device to a desktop computer without having to power down or restart. Furthermore, The ADAM-4561 is powered directly through the USB port eliminating the need for additional power wiring. To protect your valuable equipment from ESD and electrical interference, the ADAM-4561 comes with 3,000V DC isolation. In terms of communication speeds, the ADAM-4561 supports a typical serial baudrate of 75bps to 115.2kbps. Transmission modes include full and half-duplex, and bidirectional. ADAM-4561 serial modes can be selected with an internal jumper which allows you to choose between RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485.
