The ADP253 4" EPIC SBC from DFI is a powerful and compact solution featuring 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors with onboard memory and 1 DDR4 SO-DIMM for efficient performance. It supports multiple displays, including HDMI, VGA/DP, and dual Type-C DP Alt Mode, delivering stunning 4K/2K resolution. Designed for expandability, it offers 1 M.2 M Key, 1 M.2 B Key, and 1 M.2 E Key, alongside rich I/O options such as 1 Intel 2.5GbE, 2 Intel GbE, 6 COM ports, 4 USB 3.2, 2 USB 2.0, and 1 SATA 3.0. Built for longevity, it typically supports a 10-year CPU lifecycle (until Q1 2032, based on Intel IOTG roadmap) with an additional 5 years of support under the SPS process.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
