AIE810-ONX is a rugged, IP67-rated edge AI system designed for outdoor computer vision and analytics at the point of data. Powered by the Jetson Orin NX 16GB (up to 100 TOPS) with an Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and Ampere-class GPU, it delivers high-efficiency inference for multi-stream vision, detection, and tracking in smart city, transportation, and critical infrastructure projects.
Designed for sealed deployments, the die-cast aluminium chassis is completely fanless and integrates M12 I/O for secure, vibration-proof cabling: two X-Code GbE PoE PSE ports (802.3at, up to 30 W per port) for IP cameras, a dual USB 2.0 A-Code port, and a 12-pin isolated 4-in/4-out DIO block for sensor/actuator control. Five N-jack antenna openings support cellular and Wi-Fi antennas with waterproof gaskets.
Connectivity is flexible and field-upgradable: M.2 B-Key 3042/3052 for 5G/LTE, full-size mPCIe for LTE or Wi-Fi, and M.2 E-Key 2230 for Wi-Fi 6E (note: avoid using E-Key and mPCIe simultaneously). Storage and boot use an M.2 M-Key 2280 NVMe SSD (Orin NX no longer includes eMMC), simplifying image management and offering high write endurance for edge logging. Allxon DMS enrolment enables remote fleet monitoring, updates and recovery from a central portal.
The wide 9V to 36V DC input (with OVP/OCP/SCP protection) and -25 to +60°C operating range at 25 W power mode suit roadside cabinets and outdoor enclosures. Shock (50 G) and vibration (3 Grms) ratings with SSD ensure resilience at the edge. Ubuntu 22.04 support and long-term Jetson Orin NX availability

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
