The AIMB-2710QF-LAA1 is a Q870 Mini-ITX industrial motherboard designed for compact systems that require Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processing, high-speed expansion, four-display support and ATX-style power integration. It shares the same core Q870 feature set as the Phoenix-powered model, but uses an ATX 8-pin power configuration, making it especially suitable for Mini-ITX chassis and embedded systems built around ATX power supplies.
The board supports Intel Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 5 Series 2 processors, including high-performance 65W models and lower-power 35W T-series options. With support for up to 128GB DDR5 memory across two CSO/SODIMM sockets, it provides a capable platform for industrial control software, edge workloads, imaging applications, monitoring systems and multi-display embedded deployments.
A major benefit of the AIMB-2710QF-LAA1 is its Q870 display and connectivity capability. It supports up to four independent displays using HDMI, DisplayPort, USB4 Type-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and LVDS or eDP. HDMI 2.1 TMDS supports up to 4096 x 2160 at 60Hz, while DisplayPort 1.4 supports up to 4096 x 2160 at 120Hz. The internal LVDS or eDP interface also makes the board suitable for integrated panel systems, HMIs and compact display terminals.
Expansion is provided through one PCIe x16 Gen5 slot, enabling use with a discrete GPU, high-speed storage controller or application-specific add-in card. Storage and wireless expansion are supported through one M.2 M-Key 2280 socket and one M.2 E-Key 2230 socket. The board also includes two SATA III ports, dual 2.5GbE LAN, USB 3.2, USB 2.0, USB4 Type-C, two serial ports, 8-bit GPIO, audio and programmable watchdog timer functionality.
The AIMB-2710QF-LAA1 supports 12V to 24V DC input through its ATX power arrangement and is listed with compatibility for the EPC-B2000-A030 Mini-ITX chassis with 350W ATX power supply. With WISE-DeviceOn, embedded software APIs, optional TPM 2.0, Windows 11 and Ubuntu 24.04 support, it is a strong option for compact Q870 industrial systems using standard chassis and power infrastructure.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
